Each day all baked goods and wraps are made fresh in house.  An assortment of one-of kind baked goodies, wraps, and seasonal treats available. 

These recipes have been curated from personal favourites, newly developed just for the cafe, and family recipes going back to my great grandfathers bakery.

Drinks

Espresso drinks crafted just how you like them, brewed coffee, organic teas, and chai lattes...hot or iced!  Made with coffee sourced from small fair trade farmers and roasted locally in Sooke by the amazing bean gurus at Stick in the Mud.

Warm away the winter chills with a handcrafted coffee beverage by our baristas, hot spiced apple cider, or hot chocolate. Or cool off in the summer with your favourite beverage over ice.

Vegan? Gluten Free? 

 

We offer a few of vegan items and GF baked treats each day.  Please know that we do use wheat flour, soy, nuts, dairy, and eggs in our kitchen and  cannot guarantee that baked goods are completely free of trace amounts of these ingredients.


 
TO ORDER BAKED ITEMS
OPTION 1: come into the cafe to buy a to-go baked treat, beverage etc.  pay at the till, but please respect the 2m distancing.
OPTION 2: pre-order baked goods in bulk to stash at home.  Any orders of 12 items or more should be placed the day before pick up by 2:00pm. 10%off orders of 12 items or more.  Email or phone in these orders.
OPTION 3: pay over the phone for to-go or bulk orders.  Simply call 250 590 6455 during open hours and pre-pay with your credit card, then grab and go.
CORPORATE ORDERS: for large custom corporate or party-sized orders please place order 3 days prior to pick up by email or phone.

Bakeology Closing

Sadly, our last day of full operation will be  August 29, 2021.  Please come by over the next two weeks to order any last treats, use gift cards, and say goodbye.
